Here at Bling Your GG we like to be a little different and stand out from the crowd. We also believe in quality and making our customers happy.
However we are unable to return custom orders, just because you have changed your mind, we do our upmost to make sure you are 100% happy with your final design before we permanently attach the crystals to your Browband. So if you are not 100% happy please tell us, we are very happy to work with you to get exactly what you want.

Guarantees
We 100% guarantee the quality of our Browbands. If you lose a crystal or find a fault with one of our Browbands please contact us and we will get it sent back to us to fix it, and get it back to you as soon as possible. However if we find signs of abuse or miss treatment of the Browband we are not obliged to replace or repair the Browband. However we are happy to fix it, if we can, at a cost to you.
